National Food Convoy to frontline, Arrived in Wau

The National food and non-food items contributed in Juba to support Sudan People Liberation Army at the volatile areas of Western-Bahr El Ghazal and Northern-Bahr El Ghazal States arrived on Friday in Wau town.

 

The nine trucks of convoy of different food and non-food items that come as efforts from National Higher Committee for Mobilization from Juba headed by Chairperson Martin majut Yak arrived at Eastern Bank Friday where the governor of Western Bahr El Ghazal meet them.

 

The governor Rizik Zakaria Hassan appreciates the first efforts from the National Capital to support national army in the border States of Northern Bahr El Ghazal which received 3 trucks and Raga  county which most part reported to be encroached by Sudanese armed forces received 6 trucks.


We want to pay deeply thank to all South Sudanese and other people that made this great effort to contributed all these items as support of our national army at the borders areas, said Hassan.

 

He assures that South Sudanese are more strong and their unity will only key to secure any inch of South Sudan territory not go to Sudan including Abyei and Panthou among other illegally areas that are preoccupied by Sudanese army forces.

 

Martin Majut Yak the Chairperson of National Higher Committee for Mobilization acclaimed the contribution that the citizens of Western-Bahr El Ghazal and other States raised to support the national army

 

He said that the two groups will head to Northern Bahr El Ghazal and Raga County pointed that the committee is committed to ensure that whatever items contributed reach the frontline on time.
