RE: greeting toAthena

Dear Athian William.

Hi Athian Willam,my best cheerful welcome you sister to Mading Aweil board at this particular of this time.and for ever and ever.I would like to welcome you with great joy and big smile on my face.first of all ,what I should say a bout amendments of our country are as follow.1] we all need to free our minds that can bring people to the freedom of right to every one in the country.2} we all need to  allow equal rgith speech to people of sudan to speak out their Ideas whether is young / Adults.3] the words Amendments are very important;because if there are no Amendments in the country, that country should not be call country with right rules in it.so what we shall do just to make the good planning of the future leadership for our generation to bring Amendments to sudan.4] let all of US be o pen to each anotrher with right supporting I deas.5} let all of us think back to where we came from.were we under good leadership /equal right to everyOne the country.last number 6] we don't need to say something a bout Amendments, the onlything I know we should educated ourselvies and this where will got change of the Amendments to the corrected Amendments.but depend on say it should  not down any thing untill we corrected nothing and that will be good to our generation.

 thank you Athian William AJail

RE: the future of our home?

Hi Athian William Ajail,

Accept my sincere welcome to Mading Aweil website. It is our great pleasure to have you on the board because this forum is unproportion in term of gender/sex.

Back to your question, there are many amendments that need to be made to our country's constitution. For my own opinion, I think the following amedments should be made:

The president should not be more powerful than anybody else in the country- above the law. The ideal and democratic constitution should be above the law.

There should be balance and checks to ensure that no one is superior than the others in other word above the law.

Promotion of gender equality.

Freedom of speech, press and religion.

Fair trial to all citizens regardless of their ethnical group and sex.

Freedom to exercise one's own ideas or affairs.

Fair representation of all regions in the government.

These are just but a few, otherwise there are many than those mentioned above. Thank for this crucial topic. Stay in touch.

Kind Regards

Santino Ajith

Hello Athian

Thanks for releasing this question.Tthe quality of government, and the laws we will have in Sudan, will determine the changes majority anticipate. Both the Sudan government and the SPLAM leaders, have never been truthful and honest to the people they are governing. That's why many of us, find it a little harder to believe that, the tomorrow's political changes in Sudan will reach the height of Western world.

Remember, the leadership system in Israelites' situation was once worsening from time to time until God had to put an end to bad leaders and brought in new flocks tenders who will carry out his missing successfully. we  also wish the same thing happens to our worst leaders who will misuse God's gift of freedom to ordinary men in Sudan if our people continue to suffer  as the subsequent man-made disaster.

    Thanks

Yel

Hi Athiang,

I am thrilled by your posting. However, I wonder if you know that our culture has changed rapidly from ranked to egaliterain society, and that many opportunities are now available for the Dinka women? I think we have accomplished something before our sovereignty?

Peace!!,
