Before election, the former General Secretary of Aweil Community was the former of Academic Secretary of the Aweil youth Association by than he quitted the position with out resignation. (Isnt shame on him?)
The former General Secretary Mr. Atak Wol Akok wasnt appointed as a member of the electoral committee in which he nominated himself for that position but unfortunately, and he fail to finish the task instead he decelerated in Election Day that he wants to quits the position as a member of electoral committee as result he wanted to be nominated into the executive body. As consequences Mr. Atak Wol Akok quitted again his membership from electoral committee; for his conspiracy quest before an hour to start an Election process. (Isnt shame on him?)
Date: 22nd September 2007, Election Day. The ballot result for the position of a chairperson a mong three contests was Mr. Garang Mawien Ding. It was the beginning of era that Mr. Garang Mawien the Chairperson of Aweil Community in Australia won by mostly the majority vote.
An election of the executive members has brought in a contradiction and confusion still controversy issues today in Aweil community Australia NSW.
Reason of primary mistakes from General Secretary:
The former General Secretary Mr. Atak Wol Akok refused his first name and intruded himself into the nomination of the executive members. Mr. Atak Wol Akok was keen to destroy Aweil community on condition only a post of a chairman or General Secretary. Unfortunately no one interest to nominate him. However, he was lucky enough and successful obliterated election by using (the mother of deceived) as uses someones named Tong Wol who was selected by General Assembly to form executive body, but Tong Wol was in a bad mood result of conflict of the Election consequences. The member Tong Wol who was nominated and seconded by high numbers of people was not responded and therefore, it was an opportunity for Mr. Atak Wol who was sniffed in and run with someones name as counterfeit in front of Assembly. As he was silent and offer the notorious from people who knew he faked it. He was told allegedly to step down but he was remaining hushed and stick to Wol.
The former General Secretarys obliteration was a purpose of favor of his agitation and conspiracy planning to devastate the Aweil Community in Australia NSW.

He likes a shone tall flower in the garden that needed to be prune and instead the owner did not wants to and he was decided as a General Secretary in private formation. This position was for the sake of peace and harmony.
He became a deprivation of any plan from executive or a chairman of Aweil community. For example Aweil executive designed a new buffalo stamp as a proposal only between the new and the old stamp to be decided which one will be function. But, the former General Secretary disagreed with executive body and caused predicament before Aweil General Assembly pronouncement.
Mr. Atak Wol snatched the Aweil old stamp and documents of Aweil community as well as he declared his insurgent unless he wanted to demolish the new stamp. He accused the executive body of false allegation of corruption saying that the executives body is using the new stamp for their own private issues while he continued collecting money from members of Aweil community using the old stamp which held and refused to hand it over to Aweil community. (Isnt corruption?)
Date 28th Nov.2007, a delegates meeting was held between Youth, women and elders council of the Aweil Association to define the problem and resolve the confusion but the former General Secretary Mr. Atak Wol denial, and abused the General Assembly.
The former General Secretary wrote two letters to proclaim the General Assembly meeting without authorization from Aweil chairperson and executives.
The Aweil executive committee verbal warned the former General Secretary Mr. Atak Wol not to write any letter on behalf of the Aweil community but he still wrote another two announcement meeting of the General Assembly
Date 14th Nov.2007, the executive committee issued letter of suspension three month period tothe former General Secretary Mr. Atak Wol by than he wrote two letters and posted in Aweil website false allegation against Aweil executive and false accusation of corruption without finish the period of his suspension.
Mr. Atak Wol refused the mediators of Aweil Youth, Aweil Elders and several General assembly meetings and turned Aweil people into segregation and stigmatization.
Date 18th April 2008, Aweil women executive committee held a meeting of reconciliation between Mr. Atak Wol and Mr. Garang Mawien. The reconciliation was base on consequences of the peace that
Mr. Atak Wol will be executive member but not the Aweil General Secretary
Must rewrite to the Aweil website to denial himself the false allegation he posted on 14th Nov. 2007.
3. Must wait the General Assembly meeting for his turn to be announce in General Assembly however, there was no implementation regarding the issues and instead he committed more issues.
Date 2nd May 2008, Mr. Atak Wol made phone call to our allies concerning school project which was under development and talked on behalf of the Aweil Community without the Aweil executives authorize.
Date 5th May 2008, he intruded to an important meeting of school project and denial the speech and report of the Aweil Chairperson in front of representives of the school project
OUR VISION:We as executive of Aweil community commit ourselves authentic with the relevance of our objectives and contemporary work of the future together with out the former General Secretary Mr. Atak Wol Akok. We are embedding within the community and believers the great development will be achieved without distraction from the former General Secretary Mr. Atak Wol Akok. Association of Aweil community committed to practicing their visionary and objectives to fulfill the social justice with the Aweil general Assembly and with out segregation that been created by the former General Secretary and to promote issues in favor of Association. It is improve that within few days after dismissal there is a compromise and good relation between the executive members.
