we have finally come together as a community and nation after all that has just passed .....all the lives taken, and all the possibilities and hopes that died with them....it is natural to wonder if Aweil (Southern Sudan) future is one of fear. some speak of a peace agreement. i know there are struggles ahead, and dangers to face, such as in fighting among us as Southern Sudan. tribes, leaders, civilines. from enimies in front. from rest of the world, who are benifiting from Sudan civil war, such as Egypt. great harm has been done to us. we have suffered great loss. And in our grief and enger we have found our mission and our moment. Freedom and fear are at war. The advance of human freedom... the great achievement of our time, and the great hope of every time...now depends on us. This is starting point. Lets do the work as a community for nations that have been known as suffering nation. I hear some people talk about Dr. John that he is going to hold two possitons, in Southern and Northern Sudan. Before we start fighting with each others. We should give him thank and award him, for his hard work. It is my hope that in next decads and years a head, life will return almost to normal. we'll go back to our lives and routines. Even grief recedes with time and grace. But our resolve must not pass. Each of us will remember what happened that day, and to whom it happened. We'll remember the moment the news come...where are we, and what we were doing. Some will remember an image of a fire, or a story of rescue. Some will care memories of a face and a voice gone forever. We will not forget assistance of the United States of America, in helping us to achive this peace. We will not forget Europen children, and authorites who support us with aid and medicnce. Childern of Southern Sudan have seen to day, how their enimies kill them. Childern of Southern Sudan have seen to day what is like to be in other countries. Childern of Southern Sudan have seen to day who is with them. We are all wintnesses for what animies have done to us. Bombing villeges, taking us away from our peoples, made us slaves. The course of this conflict is not known, yet its out come is certain. Freedom and fear, justice and cruelty, have always been at war. We will keep praying until we get true freedom. God is always with righteusnes.

How are you gentleman? Anyway welcome to the board of your own people. They are all in quadary about their prospect detinies.
With regard to the heated issue of two positions. I think the idea is precisely wrong in the way it would work. It is a self-refutation on the side of the leadership in South Sudan. Our leaders have been talking about democracy and autonomy yet they know that it is hard to put them in practice. Accountabiliy for what has been wrongly said appears here.
I would like to stress that the best way and remains the only way is to get everybody in the management and participation in the leadership. This would also help us create autonomy in the leadership. The decison making body for national issues would further be more autonomus and thus the better for us, the ordinary people.
You also talk of rewarding John Garang. I didn't fathom what you actually meant. However, let me presume that you wanted the reward to John Garang in form of two positions. Garang Dhieu, historically this is not the beginning of the struggle in the world. We had people like Mwalimu Julius Nyerere, Nelson Mandela, to name only a few. These individuals after a long struggle didn't demand nor tyrannically assumed two or more positions because they had initiated the idea. In fact they found the better ways of making their nations more democratically progressive. Let's learn good leasons and not bad ones and let's adapt better ways that would benefit the masses and not a few.
Anyway welcome. This will tell you that you have joined us, Aweillians.

Thanks for your acknowledgements and appreciations. Life isn't bad at all in Fargo, North Dakota, only busy like bees. I am sounding alive as you do over there in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Hey Man, take it easy. Don't let life challenge you beyond your boundaries.
