Dear Brothers & Sisters 
in Aweil Community
Associations in Australia.

Iam so glad to hear that the time we been waiting for has  come, and now the Aweil Communities leaders in Australian states are now looking for the ( Federation of Aweil communities   in Australia)

-1Sydney

-2Melbourne

-3Brisbane

-4Perth

And especially to  those who now decided the idea of Aweil unity all over Australia .

 I personally encourage this idea for many reasons

1- it will allow us to work together for the rights of our people here in Australia and back home.

2- it will allow us to get knowing each other all over states of Australia.

3- It will contribute to help our cooperation and management very strong.

4- it will keep our dignity and culture  & traditions to  continue amongst our new generations in Australia as i believe they are the one  who really need it.

But I do have suggestion on how we can step forward to the Federation)?

-1 The people of Aweil community in every Australian states have the right to say something regarding the Federation , because they are the supreme powers who elect the leaders of Aweil Community.
And therefore the federation shall not be decided by leaders and inforce by leaders.

Because what will the leaders know about the members of community in every state?

Or if so , then who shall be in Aweil federation committee ?? is it from sub-Aweil communities executives body or just from members ??


-2 The rights of every sub-Aweil Branch in any Australian state what kind of rights it will be, and how it will be monitor and who will monitor these rights??

Remember " Australia government has come to the federation of all Australian state in 1901 , and there was sort of agreement  and bills has been written and nigotiated and passed by the Australian people and then by the governers themselves in any Australian state, that was the best example so now every state in Australia parliament has 2 representatives and those are the ones who look after their state's rights.


so we are not much different from those mentioned above , so why not  we can just get proposal of federation from every Aweil community in any Australia state after every state  nigotiate the idea with its members and take down note about members opinions , to indicate their interesting in the idea of federation,, it would be much better and helpful than just some or leaders decide and inforce the idea for their own interest by excluding the members.


so the members of Aweil Community in every Australian state must say (yes we agreed for the Aweil community federation  in Australia under these conditions, then  the leaders will take the voices into the  level of states meeting. and then the real objectives of federation shall be written clearly  and read out to every Aweil member in every Australian  state , and when every state accept these objectives , there the  Aweil Communities general meeting shall be called in any of those Australian state and that to let the leaders come together and select the Aweil community federation's constitution committee.

The constitution committee shall be nominated /or selected  from six state of Australia , 
after the constitution done and passed in every state of Australia by Aweil community members, then the election process can take over.

 Finally Iam very happy about the federation plan , and i really encourage it very much , and i wish to all Aweil community members/ and leaders in Australia to step ahead , and with Consciousness   
  Because the unity must start from the botom of Aweil community heart  in every Australia state.
