If you registered without confirming your registration by copying and pasting the link sent by MA team to your email address, you can not have access to the DB. You need to comfirm your registration through the email message sent to you.
If you had done so then I suspect the problem is technical and Kuot Kuot who has access to all the technical tools can work on it as he promised.
Those are the two major areas I felt could be the cause of your problem.
