The good governance and good health are essential ,but they are,themselve not sufficient to make Buoth anyar happy.People can be well fed and health and yet spoil life for themselves and others by being thoughtless ,selfish and bitter. Therefore, my dearly and morally people,let us not understood Malong at the wrong end the stick, why anger and hatred cannot bred and built room for happiness , they dismantled it.Bad feeling between people cause unhappiness ,bad feeling between community leaders may lead to war.
