I am so glad to know that there is a new movement to wards the federation of Aweil Communities in Australian states.
But i sugesst we must hold back a little abit and try to understand the situation of our brothers and sisters in Aweil community of New South Wales.
If we are looking to form the true federation which will last for ever in Australia, then lets us talk, let us clear the pages in every state not only NSW,
I beleive many other states in Australia have had same or in other way similar situation , so in my opinion it will not be sucessful foundation if we just go on with out considering these little issues .
I am also trying to point out that , the NSW Aweil community is in crisis which did happened since 21 December 2007 and afcourse many of you in other states of Australia May had heard about the dissolution of whole Executive committee which was elected in 22 September 2007 and you all know better that Mr Garang Mawein Diing the EX-Chairman of Aweil Community in NSW has already dispositioned and the Transitional took over since 18 May 2008 .
The NSW issue wasn't an easy case and it has been taken into NSW Community justice court, the solution was the new election to be organised by the current transitional committee whcih now leads by the transitional Chairperson Mrs Halima Atong Awan Anei.
Firstly
i want to assure you that , the transitional is the recognised committee right now in NSW .
1- The Aweil Community Account at Commonwealth Back is under Transitional office.
2-The recognised committee in Fair=trade of Australia is the current transitional office.
3-The Doucments of Aweil Coomunity-NSW is now with transitional committee.
4-The community asset and the stamp and symbol are now with transitional committee.
5-The transitional committee under Mrs Halima Awan Anei has founded the Aweil Hall and already opened in Janaury 2009 in NSW.
So my sugesstion is how will some leader coopreate with EX-Chairman Mr Garang Mawein Diing , ? and how could they will support some one has done wrong deed in a big community like Aweil NSW?
if we need to form the true federation , well then lets exclude those who may not support the Aweil federation function in our present and future time,.
I happy to see also the freedom of speech for our members in any state of Australia.
My advise for the leaders:-
1- federation to be true , we need to notify every member in every state and note down what he/she think about it.
2-every state shall select representatives and shall be an ordinaries members not officiels from committee or elders or youth committee. these representative members they are the one to inform others about the process of federation, and they must do research in every state to identify the basic needs of federation.
3-The outcome of research must be read out for members of Aweil in any state of Australia.
when the members agreed with the basic objectives of federation, then the process of meeting must go on, and any state will call a meeting to select its representative members to go for the federation election in the specified state in Australia.
Dear leaders, lets form the true federation and move on in right way.

I appreciate your concerned and heartfelt care for the people of Aweil Community in NSW and Australia in general. Thanks also for your valuable and significant historical information about the crises in Aweil Community in NSW and your advice on the Federation. My only request to you honourable Mr.,is to refrain from pushing deep your made knife blade into the unity, harmony and prosperity of the members of Aweil Community in NSW. I wish you could use your valuable time to mind your bussiness or write about the wonders made by each every member of the Aweil community in education, employment, family harmony and bringing up of children, integration and participation in wider Australian Community.
Thanks for your concern, and iam glad too to see you have this spirit at end, you must know me better then ever, and what iam looking for is all about true community , that can provide the true coopreation between members of Aweil Community in NSW or any other states of Australia-
To reach the top could be more easy sometime, but its hard to keep always on top.
So we all need to unite ourselves, our families, our young generation, yes we do want it that way, but there shall be a consideration as well about how the future is going to be for us all.
The idea of federation is so perfect, but we as Aweil members have right and responsibilities to carry out this mission appropriately .
why should we have to be negatively about somebody who cared and protected the rights of Aweil members , can you tell? an d why should we be positively with somebody who has brought up all these crisis in our community? can you tell?
i appreacite your time by focusing in this message and its true we all need a true federation not just hurry into the top while we don't even know yet who will make it and who will not.

You are asking a question which you should have known the answer well.
My aim always is to see our Community Association deliver effective services to ordinary members. I don't care who ever do that, but I will never collaborate with any one with destructive hidden agenda or act against the will of the people enshrine in the Constitution to gain his/her personal interest. This is against the principles I grew up with, taught and learned in my lifetime.
Thanks so much for every word you said it has been a long time ago, and I do consider your concern about Aweil Community, but let me be honest with you, and I want to keep low, so I believe you also know more about what exactly happened in the year 2007 in NSW Aweil community.
I believe when you mentioned the self interest of some personal in our community, you must have had thought about yourself too, and you can read your self much better than any other personal in Aweil community.
If I have to point out who had not , and who had had the benefit of 2007 crisis in Aweil NSW I Think you will know the answer from your heart, we are in a public view , but you have chance to express your opinions about what do you think will help our community in Australia.
and by the way , take it as an advice, never let your feeling to control your mind , in case you will misunderstand other people's feeling too. i know and you know better whom were provoking the situation in NSW issue
i been looking forward to see how will you get back to the table of brotherhood after all.

you don't need to, because it has been your culture for a long time to publicise things in the internet. In those previous cases, people agreed to excuse you for learning to write on the net. Unfortunately you didn't stop and continue your behaviours when Aweil community enjoy nowaday harmony and unity and is looking forward to unite with other states. I bet you my friend that no one still record those previous worse period in the NSW community as you still do.
My advice to you is 'enjoy your time over there, pause your behaviours and welcome back to Sydney among your people -loved and missed'

Thanks for your advise , and welcome back in Aweil community at last, i never thought you will come back one day , especailly after the compbeltom, , i can still remember your poor behavior before the judge in community justice court, i never thought you will change one day and talk like an adult, but iam so impressive on your changes, its unbelieveable ,
i would like to express my opinion in your reaction every time i reply your message,, there are many important things you could have done willeam instead of hanging up your membership in Aweil Community, and my advise iam always your brother no matter what, and i have been fighting the curruption of Ex- executive which you were supporting until you ended up with resignation from membership of Aweil community.
Now if your heart start to beat again, and you willing to be back, we love you, and no body hate you even though you believe some of our brothers singling you at all time as somebody from no where,, i welcome you back in Aweil community NSW and you seen the activities of new Transitional office, now we have in first time in Australia for Aweil community to have an office, now we have Aweil Community office in Toongabbie, isn't it a good work? so why are you still hanging there with an office expired since 17 May 2008 ? why don't you come and share your ideas with new development of our community ? think about it willeam , you can be better than bieng there doing nothing , well i hope you think about it Mr willeam Nyial Majok.

Dear Atak, When the Comprehensive Peace Agreement was signed between the Government of Sudan and the SPLM/A, there was a catastrophic war raging on in Darfur. What did this signify? Sorry I can't continue with the article but remember this, Aweil people in Sydney are capable individuals with astonishing skills and pragmatic abilities to solve their problems by themselves. If they are unable, then they need Aweil Unity to help them. We can't be held in a quagmire of no progressive development because we have leadership problems in particular sections of Aweil Community. Do you people really think far about this issue? If you do, it is more of a failure to do absolutely nothing about your problem than a hornblowing mobilisation for everything else in Aweil Communities in Australia to come to a standstill.

the crisis has already finished since 17 May 2008 , and what you can see now in this wedsite , is just some poeple who like to talk about things gone in past, but is n't representing any of those in present or future, so once again i appreciated your common and your time as well in this article.
we hoping now to support our Aweil people in Home(Sudan) and i think already the people or the members of Aweil Community in NSW-AUSTRALIA UNDER THE AWEIL TRANSITIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE , are now doing great to support the development of our Community as they opened the head office of Aweil -Community for the first time in Australia, its a great job done to be written done in history of our Community in Australia-NSW, so i am proud of changes we never seen any of it through all the last years since our Aweil community founded in Australia.
