The government of South Sudan lay down rule which almost to discouraging modern Southern Sudanese with artificial enhance skin beauty from being smooth black skin to brown.
The Director General Charles Buth Diu in the ministry of Youth, Culture and sport Tuesday in exclusive interview with the citizen pertaining Southern Sudan selection beauty contest, which will occur on 15th August this month at Millennium hotel at around 4pm local time Juba.
The beauty contest of all Southern Sudanese beautiful of beauties on August 15th was initiated by Rebecca Yom Chor Malek commonly known as Miss Malaka the Southern Sudanese modern beauty, who is also the coordinator in this contest Buth explained.
He said Yom Chor Malek will accompany those successful candidates to Japan, Philippine and China.
He said the next contest on October will be international contest in three countries namely Philippine, Japan and China of which those who win the contest on 15TH August will go and represent Southern Sudan international beauty contest.
The groups of panel are now ready to restrict the registration of those girls who wish to contest at Millennium hotel on 15th Saturday according to international standard rules and conduct of the beauty contesters said Buth Diu.
Charles outline all about the beauty contest which really target South Sudanese spinster with natural skin whether brown or black with full proved by they panel group that the girl is not undergone bleaching malpractices happen to South Sudanese modern girls.
Charles Buth also said the height of those to be select is about 173 and 60kg of body weight with 18-26 years old, able to articulate in different issues especially fluent in English language as the only language deserve.
He added that the chest, stomach, hip and other part of the body will be slim rather than having big belly.
The body of the qualified beauty contest comply with the international standard said Buth Diu.
He said three international events are important and South Sudanese Government especially his ministry will not allowed any girl who disowned her true identity and forged artificial identity, which sometimes led to health hazard to go and representing South Sudan.
He appealed to all Southern Sudanese girls who involving in bleaching themselves in order to enhanced brown skin to increasing the magnitude attractive to man, to cease doing it because there is more chance they will loose because of that.

She said, since yesterday she never make the head and tail why the ministry rejecting them meanwhile all ministries in the GOSS employ bleachers.

Adau Makol said she attempted many time to bleach, but because of her father strictly person prevented her to accomplishing her discussion right.
She said their friends who undergone eroded their original skins laughing at them, because of their being foolish to live under their father thumb.
Adau Makol said this is their opportunity to laugh at them as the GOSS through the ministry of Youth, Culture and Sport boosting their moral of being abstaining from hazardous chemical.
Mary Panyido said the GOSS other ministries or the government as whole should have to coining what have done by Buth Diu Ministry to apply to in South Sudan so that the hydrochloric cream run it course in Southern Sudan for safety of its future people.
Mary Panyido along with their colleague was in happy mood although they will not be participating in the beauty contest.
