Wau: Governor to donated 200 oil barrel to Abyei. By Ater Garang Ariath. Juba.
The citizens of Wau town and the Community of Abyei in Western Bahr El Ghazal have organized the Condemnation Procession yesterday at the peace square to sporadic clashed in Abyei Official said.
Governor of Western Bahr El Ghazal Rizik Zakaria Hassan,adressed the procession assuring that Abyei andKifia Kinji belong to Southern Sudan territory hundred percent while promising to hand over donation he made on Monday 14th of March.
He said any thing disturbing Abeyi area it is also disturb them, and we are ready to do any thing for the people of Abyei to ensure that they are stable.
We dont wantbloodshed of our people in Abyei under the hand of armed militias by the Khartoum Government to destabilized Southern Sudan, Governor put it.
He pointing out the expectation of Khartoum toward South Sudan and Abyei area is to cost insecurity over the whole South.
Rizik called upon the traders and companies in the State to join hands in helping people of Abyei in term of offering anything beneficial to them.
The political Advisor for the State Government Kamil Wana Urac, on his side narrated the whole story on Abyei transferred from the South to the North.
Urac mark that Khartoum will not dodge us for detaining our people in Kordofan without giving the basic services to them, and therefore in whatever case we have a privilege to share the little we have.
The Minister of Information & Comminication, Baptist Sabit Francis, on his side assures the standing of Government of Western Bahr El ghazal State with the people of Abyei.
He said that the Abyei should be annex to Southern Sudan since we voted for the dissolution of the Sudan façade unity.
While the representative of Abyei elders Dr,Kuol Arop,said that the recently clashes in Abyei came as the result of declaration of War by NCP over oil rich region.
