South-Sudanese Civil society human rights activists letter to Obama, UN SG.

Letter

The South-Sudanese civil society human right activists united against all form of abuse and violations of human rights in Sudan.

Under the Theme

Yes for peace and no for war

As South Sudan at the brink to her independence, Sudan Government under President Omar Bashir declares war deliberately against the South Sudanese and their allies in to an extent that led to gross of human rights violations and abuse.

We South Sudanese civil Society group in strong term condemned unpopular step taken by Khartoum regime to invaded Abyei and an intermittent aerial bombardment campaigns, under hidden agenda of ethnic cleansing in Nuba mountains, Southern Kordofan carried out by NCP against innocent civilian.

The massacre in Southern-Kordofan  is absolutely trigger by the Sudan Government to drag all Sudanese back to the civil war in order for South Sudan, independence to hang half way, but we want to assure that South independent is totally irreversible gear.

The Civil society group in South Sudan and Human rights activists clearly come out today to voices out the message of the voiceless to the world community of nations that we dont want again Sudan where justice and human dignity are at stake, CPA is a solution to all dismays if more pressure exerts on Khartoum regime to go line by line to implement all the provisions that were in black and white.

We witness massive displacement of vulnerable women and children in Abyei, South-Kordofan, Upper Nile, Unity State, Northern- Bahr El Ghazal at Kiir Adem in addition to genocides committed in Darfur regions.

The miserable predicaments faced by our brothers and sisters across Sudan led us to come together as civil society human rights activists to tell the international community and the world to open their mindset on what is going on in various regions in Sudan, Particularly the most affected regions are Abyei, South-Kordofan and Blue Nile regions where people are hunted down on ethnicity, rape, loots and burning of the churches.

Mass killing campaigns coordinated by politicians in Khartoum within the national congress party and their loyal militias and army will not stop unless world leaders have unwavering provision and pragmatic approach to end the continuing violation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) modalities that intended to bring the everlasting peace in Sudan.

Political settlement of Blue Nile, South-Kordofan and Abyei problems alongside border demarcations according to the Comprehensive Peace Agreement modalities needed to be enforcing on the party that need not.

We all come together as the civil society organizations human activists to denounce the barbaric act and brutal aggression by the national congress party (NCP) that threats the peace and stability in the country, by pushing Sudan back to bloody war, which is not benefiting any one.

It fitting that at this solemn moment we take the pledge of dedication to the services of peace and observance of human rights, CPA end today a period of ill-fortune and Sudan discovers herself again in world responsible community of nations.

It is clear for entirely innocent people of Sudan both Northerners and Southerners, war is no longer a solution to our problems but peace and dialogue if given a room always serve better solution.

We are urging our brothers and sisters in the northern Sudan to use their subconscious and denounce the aggression declare by Bashir administration.

We call all Sudanese peace lover in the South and North to rally behind President Kiir repeatedly statement that no return to war and South will not be the first to declare war.

We strongly call Khartoum regime to stop aggression and stand together for peace to be prevail across Sudanese society, otherwise world justice will intervene.
