I appreciate the efforts of the Mading Aweil web designers and management board for their noble work in seeing to it that this public discussion forum is brought about.
Furthermore, I am glad that I have joined most of my colleagues on this board, where maturity of ideas and constructive criticism transcend. Equally illuminating, I strongly believe, is the historical background of southern Sudan and Aweil in particular by Ateny Wek Ateny. Mind you folks, development in Aweil is at hand, thanks to new generation, which is visionary and down-earth in matters respecting to democracy, progress, civility and nationalism.
In a nutshell, I look forward to exuberant participation.
I coudn't wait to say a big welcome to you, it is truly nice seeing you on Mading Aweil board. You aren't kidding, you will meet almost all your former colleagues, friends and many more Aweilians on this board, this is a meeting place for Aweil people. As you have realized the level of discussion is fantastic, arguments and counter arguments are equally awesome. I bet you will leave to like it here. There are a lot of dedicated Aweil people here who are able and willing to sacrifice their time for the betterment of Greater Mading Aweil, among them is Ateny Wekdit who worked around the clock to provide Mading Aweil history. Once again welcome to the board.
It been quite long time since I spoke to you at Lost Boys & Girls Conference in Arizona. You are highly welcome to the board, pass my greeting to any Aweil resident residing with you.
Welcome to the board brother, the venue for aweil sons and daughters. We look forward to share our fruitful ideas together. Stay tune and keep in touch.

In like manner, I welcome you to the board. I am tremendously happy to see you with us. I trust your competency and judgement and therefore you will do a tremendous change in our beliefs and actions.
Aweil needs to have a new mode adopted for prosperity to come and flourish and strongly established.
We need co-operation and pragmatic effort to successfully obtain our goals.
Further, I don't want to lie, however, we always wonder where people like you and many others are; we all believe this is right place for those who have torches to come out and guide their people.
Aweil needs to be re-charged and re-fashioned and you are one of the people who could successfully fulfill it.
We are all intuitively obligated to work together so that we can meet each and every challenge in our area.
Aweil people having been forgotten for years by Garang's tragic ideas, need our collaboration and genuine commitment to relieve them from anxiety and desperation.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Whatever we do, being bad or good, alternatively affect the next posterity in either way.
I mean the next posterity in Aweil deserves no another disaster like the one we are struggling with.
It is ultimately our responsibility to give them a strong foundation and better life. They will blame us though we are not blaming anybody from Aweil.
Therefore, I urge you to take the mission seriously and move forward with courage, hope, optimism, and ambition to make it come true for us and for the next posterity.
Vigilance, interdependence, and solidarity are the keys to prosperity in Aweil.
Aliabuga...''that sounds familiar'' was my first thought when i saw your name, Alic. So you haven't forgotten Kiswahili and still loves the damned thing. Join the party my brother. This is not only where the Aweil community intersect with Southern Sudan but with the World.
