it is very odd time for us in general as Aweil people, i wonder why? all this happening? even though we are not different from other people who are now enjoying the peace of our bloods, why just us ? unjustified attack against our people showed that we been targeted from every where in sudan. but why just our people? is that because we are created to live in fight and die in fight? yes we fought in the time for the right of our people in south sudan, even for the right of other people in sudan.
we never decided to fight against our will,but for the right that has been taken away from us, rigth of equality,justice,peace,development of our nation , the right of our people regarding the education, we been targeted so much. but why again and again why? we fought ,we brought the CPA we lost goods, people, Our bLoods covered the land of sudan , our women , elders, children has been abducted from so early when the war started in 1983. we suffered , we lost people from our kin ,some never met again, never saw each other. why? why? what we have done wrong? ,let us give our prayers to the god on behalf of our people who we lost in the attack. all over the world where every body belongs to Aweil to hold their hands up and let us request the true peace from our god, so the next coming moments should encounter every Aweilian with peace of mind.
my message to every Aweil member " let us take this moment to give the prayer to our god , so our god will hear us, and will make 2008 the path into real peace in sudan.
