Makuac,

We all believe unity is extremely important and it is the only way to go ahead.

However, try to understand from the bosom of human heart why it always prefers one thing to another.

peace

Thanks,

Mayik

Garang Aher,

It's good for all to sustain the chief source of unity so that we could reap the fruits that let our heros lost their lives. Freedom will ring at the door where you can enjoy eating with no threats and no fear at all. South Sudan is a home of black Africans, it does mean that we haven't to share things with Arabs or even not sharing them at all; we could have been given a big priority of ruling this country. We need to get rid of gellab and maintain the dignity of being southerners!!

Dear Makuac

Thanks for the update. This is what we would like see happening in Southern Sudan. We want southern where by Makuac and Tong Deng stay together as brothers. We do not like to be addicted to the culture of kuot Kuot against Bor Community, Tiny Joker against Aweil community, Mayiik Aher against Tong Deng, Tong Deng against Dhor Aher, Bol Ajith against Uncleloi the list is endless. If this situation continues, then I may not be wrong to say that I could foreseen chances our generation (the leaders of tomorrow) having not less than 100 C-in-Cs. To avoid the occurences of such things, the solution is to unite.

People should disagree on principles but not to extend of generalizing the whole community of particular place. The Rumbek conference set a good example to all.

Note: critics should never be convince.

Have a nice time

Tong Deng

Dear Ustaz Tong Deng!

Things are slowly coming to the Southern Sudan that we all expired for. Had John Garang realized that indifferences are solved in dialogue and not to put all your critics to death, then we wouldn't have all these division in Southern Sudan.

We are so much inclined to the culture of supporting a leader whether what he is doing is not right. Iam  sorry to say that few rigid elements failed to realize that tradition is taking a different course and sooner, Garang blind supporters will realize that Garang had left them on the extreme left and is heading to the politics of trust, transparent, accountability and accomodating.

What we all need is not to advocate for Garang removal, but press him to build equality and deliver the kind of leadership he promised. We want Southern Sudan where equal treatment is accorded to every citizen regardless of your background. Government should not be used to so much control mind and affairs of citizens.

Now that he saw his political survival in dialogue, we hope that he will extend the same quest for dialogue to convene South-South Dialogue not to recieve peace in divided community.

Dhor.

Makuac,

I understand my brother. But freedom alone where you will eat with your brother without fear of ill-intentions is not enough, we need more than that for instance equality and sovereignty of the people are vitally important at this fragile time of democracy and security in the South.

Equality and sovereignty of the people are what will create a conducive environment in the South. Freedom and equality are totally different hence I would like to tell to people that freedom alone doesn't mean democracy or equality or sovereignty. Any leader that doesn't accept these two principles is inclined toward democratic tyranny. We probably had freedom under GOS regime but the most disturbing thing was a lack of equality and sovereignty of the people. I don't believe in freedom alone. I need more than that to guarrantee my access to participation or involvement in the government.

Tong Deng,

How are you my brother? It has been awhile without hearing from you. How is everybody over there in Nairobi?

Furthermore, I like your list because it is interesting to analyze.

The critics will be convinced when their demands are appropirately answered otherwise they will be confirmed critics.

Peace

Thanks,

Mayik Aher

Dhor Aher and all,

I think we are both coming to the end point to meet the realities of true democracy in south sudan. The recent result from Rumbek's meeting showed how SPLA/M leadership under John Garang is gradually moving toward a genuine democracy which has not been it in the past. The supporters of Garang should know that his critics do not want to topple him by force or violent but they want it in dialogue if he (Garang) agrees.

Yeah, in the past Garang's critics were tortured and assassinated on the spot which is undemocratic and bogus. So I am glad that we are beginning to smell the taste of democracy in south sudan and also smell the expression of freedom of speech, the right denied to south sudanese for decades. Furthermore, Garang's supporters should also know that his critics are fine with his stay in the leadership if he agrees to transform himself and change his bad policies of monopolizing everything in the movement.

I hope that he (Garang) turn in to new leaf from now onward and he will be overwhemingly supported by his critics. A true and a genuine government should not control citizens' interest.

Hi, Tong Deng , makauc, Ahers, Bol, Kout Kout Deng Santino, and the rest,

I been busy lately, and never been up to learn about all latest and excited news from Rumbek.
Accept my appreciation for putting a lot of efforts and comments on what is taking place in Rumbek conference.

The Rumbek conference showed the kind of progress we really need to see in modern Sudan. We need to see people stop depending on one person all the time.Revealing the true without fear is the only way we can stop dictatorship and evil deeds.

Let move on bros.

Dear all

Thanks a lot for your contribution to this debate under different subjects but one topic. Southern Sudanese are free to discuss their own politics and agreed on what they think it is right to save southern Sudan communities better. We respect the decisions made by our leaders. We are against and will never allow Arab in; our doors should remain close for the Arab in Khartuom not to enters into our affairs. The have been using some funny tactics to keep southern Sudanese people in masses. We call those tactics nowadays “lesson learnt”. Garang will not be there forever he will go in peaceful way. Let that decision come from his people at the right time without influent from our enemy. The time spent, lives lost in the last twenty years shouldn’t be for nothing. I do say and keep saying that I will continues supporting Dr. Garang and Salva Kiir for their firm standstill.   Without them the movement won’t have been at this level of excitement. We have to understand that. Some people labelled us (those who support the movement) “Garang Supporters” they don’t know what they are talking about. We are your supporters. We are supporting the right of which we have been fighting for. Anyway 21 years is not an easy time. So I may not surprised to see some people getting lost on the way because of the long duration. We shall keep on reminding you.

I wish everyone very nice weekend

Thanks
