Mr Garang Mawein Diing Akol the former Chairman of Aweil community in Australia N.S.W has been dissmis from yesterday 17 may 2008 as well as other (4) members from Aweil community executive committee.
The disicion made by Aweil community/Council of Elders and Aweil Women Association in Australia N.S.W.
This disicion followed the dissolution of whole executive committee and according to this event ,the new transitional committee has nominated by Aweil Community/Council of Elders Chairman Mr Awac Wol Awac and Aweil women Association Chairperson in Australia Mrs Adoiur Bol Akot.
The general Assembly vote (vote of no confidence ) and sucessfully completed and there are many reason for this disicion .
Mr Garang Mawein Diing Akol ,made many corruptions with in ( 7 ) months and that leaded into segregations amongst the members of Aweil community in Australia N.S.W

Declaration for Dismissal Of Aweil Community chairman Mr Garang Mawein Diing Akol And the dissolution of whole Aweil community executive committee. This decision has been passed successfully by vote of majority from members of Aweil Community in Australia-N.S.W Attendee:- were ( 95 ) members women and men from Aweil Community in Australia-N.S.WThe Dismissal of Mr Garang Mawein Diing Akol and the Dissolution of executive committee in details The Aweil community Association in Australia has held the general Assembly meeting to day 17-May2008 the issues rose up in our community executive office, and which caused many disputes amongst the members of executive/and general Assembly of Aweil in Australia-N.S.W.

By leading of Aweil community/Council of Elders and Aweil Women Association in Australia-N.S.W
In regarding to these matters, the General Assembly of Aweil Community in Australia N.S.W agreed for {vote of no confidence.}Under (Aweil community Association N.S.W constitution Article 18(18.1-18.2) and to dissolve the Aweil community executive committee which was elected on 22 September 2007.
The dissolution passed successfully because of many reasons that occurred and has been done by responsibility of Aweil community former Chairman Mr Garang MAwein Diing Akol. The Reasons in details:
(1)Mr Garang Mawein Diing Broke Aweil community constitution Article (10.1) he designed a new secret buffalo stamp&symbol without permission of Aweil general Assembly and without noticing the members of Aweil executive body. The Constitution stated in Article (10.1) that , (The president is responsible for the decision taken by the group)
(2)Mr Garang Mawein Diing Broke Aweil community constitution Article(9(9.1-9.3) he ignored the all attempts that the Aweil community/council of Elders has tried to resolve the issue of the new secret Buffalo stamp & symbol which affected the development of whole Aweil community in Australia -.N.S.W.
As well Mr Garang paid no consideration or respect to Aweil community/ council of Elders by cheating the Chairman of Aweil /council of Elders and by taking the Aweil community current stamp illegally from Chairman of Elders council Mr Awac wol Awac and hided as well as he hided the new secret buffalo stamp.
Therefore Mr Garang Mawein Diing broke the Article 9(9.1-9.3) by disrespecting Aweil community/Council of Elders who were selected to look after any issues that may raise or affect the community .
(3)Mr Garang Mawein Diing Broke Aweil community constitution Article 17 (A) (17.2)He made wrong decision and wrote unjustified warning /and suspension, and dismissal letter to the General secretary of Aweil community in Australia N.S.W Mr Atak Wol Akok ,
That action is against Aweil community constitution and is totally not acceptableAccording to the Article 17-Penalies is divided into two categories (Members and executive members/council of elders)
Section 17.1 is to dael with members of Association but not applicable to the members of Aweil executive office. Section 17.2 is the section that can deal with executive members/ council of elderswho does not comply with ACAA constitution, if found guilty ,he/she must be answerable before the General Assembly of Aweil community, and then if hew/she has been proven guilty then will be suspended from executive members/council of elders.
Therefore Mr Garang Mawein Diing broke that article by dismissing the General Secretary in secret without bringing the issue to general Assembly because the general Assembly is the supreme authority to investigate the matter or the reasons for the dismissal,while the reaility is Mr Garang Mawein Diing don't like the secretary general because he is monitoring his Corrution day by day.
(4) Mr Garang Mawein Diing Broke Aweil community constitution Article 17.2 (B) he gave misappropriate finice record in General Assembly meeting at Rooty hill by saying that he have $6800 in Aweil community Account but the General Secretary brought the bank statement which was holding $4023 Aus Dollars .that is misleading information done by Aweil chairman Mr Garang Mawein Diing. (5) Mr Garang Mawein Diing Broke Aweil community constitution Article10.1(10.1.2-10..1.3) he sued the EX-chairperson of Aweil community Mrs Anna Dimo at catholic administration in return to take over the high school project which was planed by Mrs anna dimo by her own idea to help the people of Aweil in Sudan
Mr Garang involved members out of executive office such as Mr James weiw,Ex-chairman of Aweil elders Mr Kuac Mathing ,and deng kuot.Those three mentioned are part of a secret organization called (southern Sudanese development project, so the reality Mr Garang as well is a member for the same organization and he tried to take over responsibility of Mr Anna Dimo in return to take the High school project and transfer it under name of Aweil community into southern Sudanese development project.
(6)Mr Garang Mawein Diing Broke Aweil community constitution Article 8(8.1-8.1)He accepted the women comprehensive peace which was held at Fairfield city in date 18-April 2008 ,and lately he disregarded ,and rejected it as well as he paid no attention or consideration to the Aweil women who were cried out for important of peace and happiness for the people of Aweil community Association in Australia N.S.W.
(7)Mr Garang Mawein Diing Broke Aweil community constitution Article 9 (9.1) and article 10.1(10.1.3) He provoked violence amongst the members of Aweil community by putting the members in a huge segregation and argument for more than five months since the administration issue{ new secret stamp symbol } rose up by general secretary in 8-12-2007 ,Mr Garang didnt make any quick solution until the problem increased and however the Aweil council of Elders tried to handle the issue,
Mr Garang Mawein Diing made no decision to stop the problem. Therefore the Aweil community general Assembly has gathered to day 17-05-2008 under supervision of Aweil Community/Council of Elders and Aweil Women Association in Australia-.N.S.W and we all made the decision to dissolve the Aweil executive office ,and this dissolution is effective from to day 17-May 2008The Dismissal of Mr Garang Mawein Diing Akol has been made by :-.

The Aweil community/Council of Elders and Aweil Women Association in Australia-N.S.W has made a decision on behalf of Aweil General Assembly members in N.S.W,To dismiss the Aweil community Chairman Mr Garang Mawein Diing Akol because of many corruptions he has done in a short period of time in Aweil executive committee in Australia-N.S.W ,this actions of Mr Garang Mawein Diing leaded into dissolution of whole Aweil community executive committee that was elected on date 22 September 2007in Australia N.S.W
We as Aweil Community/Council of Elders and Aweil Women Association in Australia-N.S.W and on behalf of Aweil General Assembly in Australia-N.S.W we agreed to make this decision because of many mistakes that occurred under responsibility of Aweil Community Chairman Mr Garang Mawein Diing and some members of executive committee.
And this mistakes brought a huge disputes amongst the members of executive committee and /the members of Aweil community in general.This decision is passed under Aweil community constitution Article 18 (18.1) (Vote of no confidence)Acknowledgement
Therefore According to this decision, the Aweil Chairman Mr Garang Mawein Diing Akol has dismissed And the whole community executive committee is dissolved to day 17 May 2008. and the new Aweil community transitional committee take over the responsibility of Association from this date 17 May 2008.

Therefore we as Aweil council of elders and Aweil women Association in Australia N.S.W and on behalf of General Assembly we made a final decision to end this disputes amongst our community by Dismissing you( Mr Garang Mawein Diing Akol ) from position of Chairman for Aweil community in Australia N.S.W followed by dissolution of whole Aweil community executive committee.
There are several mistakes you have done including ( your froud by designing the secret baffulo stamp and gave it the name of Aweil Community and using it for your own purpose,, it is {corruption }.
Also you made a wrong disicion by dismissing the General secretary with out notcing the general Assembly ( corruption and mismanagement)/and (4) members below supported your corruptions
Thereforewe found that you have broken many articles from the constitution of Aweil community in Australia-N.S.W.
Therefore you have no authorizationto call upon any general assembly meetingfrom now on ,ordoing anything on behalf of community, this notification is written to you under article 18(18.1)
