WHY SHOulD WE HAVE AWEIL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS WHERE EVER WE ARE IN DIASPORA?

One of the first resident of Aweil community in Sydney told me on the phone that "when they first arrived there was a vital need for something that they can shelter under, recognised by authority what ever its name might be".  He added; "Its help alot when we first formed it but now we are the one destroying it" see how reskless we are.

Camrades, the need and the formation of the Aweil community Associations(ACAs) in diaspora is significant for social cohesive, economical and languages support, culture and traditional presevation and inheriting.  ACAs are the face of our diverse cultures, represent and defend the right of our community members where ever they live. ACAs plays a crucial roles in connecting people in diaspora with the families in Sudan and also help families in building a very healthy generations.
There are many reasons why we need the Associations but all of them goes around the few that i have mentioned above. In my life time, i had experiences and witness how effective was the involment of the Associations in helping members of the Aweil community in many ocassions. For instant, in Sydney when we lost two members of our community in two seperate ocassions, all Aweil community members response quickly and together to suport the families financially and morally. This brave stand may not have happened if their was no Community Association to mobolise people and bring them together. In sudan this burden will fall upon the closer relatives only.  The need and the importants of the Association is very significants and people who doesn't know them need to know them now. ACAs works to achieve the aspirations of its members socially but not politically. What Mr. Luach said is really true, Associations are not political organisations but my friend you are totally wrong in the way you put in your accusations.  These types of unconstructive accusations are the one that threaten our unity in diaspora specially when it come from somebody like you who leads  one of the Association. People like me doesn't confuse politics and the social things. I learn these two term and can easily define them. Many members of the Aweil community in diaspora are aware of the different btween these terms and some are today experts in both sciences.
Mr. Luach, iam doubting about your call for unity of Aweil under one Association when people of your area decided to form the so called Abiem. Although iam strongly against any move to form what is so called Abiem, Ayat, Ajuet, Paliet etc in diaspora, people like your excellency escalate and fuel these ideas of the weak and ignorant people. We need competence and strong leadership not people like you and others who jumps into the internet to write about negatives and their selfishness. Did you ever and those like you write about the achievements of your Association?. Shame on you. Aweil has got proud members here in diaspora and will preserve unity among each other now and forever.
In the next topic:  THE CRISES IN THE ASSOCIATIONS IS IT ATTRIBUTED TO WEAK LEADERSHIP, OR  MEMBERS? WHAT IS MISSING?

Thanks
Taban

Dear Taban, it appeared to me that you have good knowledge about the meaning of association but you are Just asking questions to buy time. it could have been easy if you just went straight on the point and explained to us the meaning of association. I appreciated your opinion for Unity of Aweil in diaspora however the issue I talked about is not a weakness, it is an intentional decision executed by those mentioned early to divided community. Weakness as far as know is a setback, it is an obstacle that stop a person or prevent a person from acheiveing his plan. If division of Aweil community has been a weakness and not intentional decision, we could have rectified it even if it means changing office. the issue is motivated somewhere not here. that is why I put in internet. Lastly, I can not talk of weakness or success of community in internet. Weakness is not all that negative word as you think of, when you encoutered weakness and adjust yourelf to overcome it, than you are the most successfull. What I observed from you Mr. Taban is, you are kind of person that like to boss of success that he has not acheived or participated in it. Coming forwards and denouning bad decision like division of community without beating bush is bravely. Many hands make a light work as you talked of them early.
Thank for your contribution
God bless you.
