This is to inform you that Mading Aweil website team have been working on a new discussion board. The new board will be free from adds as we have on this board, technical problems that we have frequently been experiencing will also be minimized. The new discussion board will have number of forums including political forum, general forum etc. Each of our many forums will be led by a moderator, so we shall ask those who are interested in moderatorship to summit their written request to us. We will encourage girls to be part of moderating team in the new board. We will give full details as to what will be expected of moderators, how to apply etc. Thanks.

Though it has taken a while to establish a new forum, I appreciate the fact that most of you have persevered the difficulties or challenges our old webside has. Improvement and innovation are the keys to better system and pave way for new discovery.

Your request is not bad but it is not appropriate for us to put you on the team. You were one time mocking Aweil people by forwarding pictures of slavery and therefore you have no credibility to be intrusted with destiny in Aweil community. Just be a normal participant like you have been.

I would like to suggest that, those who want to be our leaders or moderators should be recommended by us. They can apply but we members should have right to reject their applications or to endorse it. This is how democracy works. If we reject somenone, he will not feel bad, he wil understand that it is democracy.
For that reason, I want to say that, Tinny Joker and I have equal rights as members of this board, so he has right to apply for board leadership and I have right to reject his application.
So I would like to tell Tinny Joker that, I do not have any grudge against you but your records on this board are not good enough to make you a board leader. It is my democratic right to be against your application. That is what I wanted to say, if another person support your application, he can tell us why he support your application.
I hope my point that we members should be given power to reject or endorse those who want apply will be taken into consideration. Thank you all.
Thanks for the developments you have made to Mading Aweil website. You have made this forum attractive and far more advance than any other discussion boards, hence satisfying our demands. Please keep improving it to meet the lastest developments in technology.
As a member of this discussion board, I also declined to accept Tiny Joker 1 as one of the moderators in the new discussion boards. Tiny has a right to apply for leadership position but he has to be confirm by the members of this forum and so do the other applicants too. So this mean that an applicant must be recommended by the great majority of the participants. I seconded Deng Santo's suggestion. All in all, this is a tremendous job Kuot Kuot.

as we know democracy is key issue of every free forks, therefore we should let any members apply and votes will determine who will be moderator, leave a lone tinny jokers, I can term him/her a greed, because he/she demand too much. he/she doesn't even want moderator, but administrator which was not open position. Nobody will sustain him/her with his/her bigmouth.

Thank you all for your compliments and your great ideas. You have broken the whole thing down, I didn't really know how we would go about getting moderators but for now it is clear. You members will approve those who wish to be moderators. Your responses to Tinny Joker aren't bad, they are your opinions, I hope Tinny joker will take them in good faith. I have published the new discussion board new, everyone may go and have a look at it. A lot of things still need to be done on the new board, but members are free to register striaght away. Whatever is not yet done will be done sometimes soon. We will also write the new board rules togather either on this board or in the other board. The rules that we shall write are what will govern the new discussion board. Thanks.

First and foremost, I am appreciative of your enthusiastic moral support and friendly compliments you gave to Kuot Kuot for his unprecedented hard work in Aweil. As I always maintain that Aweil has great and resourceful people, I believe this fundamental fact has largely manifested itself in many different ways. This ability has been there in the past, however what Aweil has been lacking is adequate support we give to our emerging potential people. Aweil people will only grow and prosper under a communal supportive environment. We must realize that fact if we want to make our beloved city a productive State. Self-sufficiency is not automatic as some people might wrongly think nor its a foreign ideology. It is something people who want to succeed and become independent adapt and work on to make it a part of their tradition.
My point under this topic is that we can perform miracles in Aweil if this unprecedented support continues. We must adapt this tradition of moral, informational, and instrumental support at home, Aweil State. Let's other people learn that we trust and believe in building our own capacities for the sake of independency and self-sufficiency. Aweil is the land of productive biodiversity and therefore we must work hard to discover this natural endowment and use it maximumly for our welfare.
The best we can get is the one we have in our mind. Being a president of South Sudan or president of North Sudan, these individuals won't never, never take their time to help their time to help people but Aweil people themselves can truely do it.
However, this tradition will be part of our life if we all believe in our brother and sister talents as well as their ambitious missions to make a better and respected place. Let's plant and water our seeds in our land and raise properly because through them Aweil name will be seen not only in our country, South Sudan but also internationally. Let's give ourselves and teach our grown-ups and leaders what they were lacking in the past.
My principal concern is to give ourselves support and encouragement. There is nothing that can't be done. Everything that is giving a trouble has a solution for it. The obstacle, however, is the lack of support and co-operation.

Your demand for administration is not only contemptuous but it is also unconstitutional in the sense that it is not appropriate for you to take the position of administration in Aweil community while there are Aweil capable people who can do the job. This position of administration is like governorhsip or commissionership in Aweil. Could you dare to apply for the governorship or commissionership in Aweil community? Does it have an ethical sense to ask for administrator position in Aweil even if you have a master degree or Ph.D in computer science or computer engineering or Management and information system? Tinner Joker 1, are you telling us that Aweil people have no ability or knowledge of computer? I am terribly offended by your request because it is more contemptuous. It is an indication of arrogance and lack of self-awareness. Tinner Joker 1, when will you realize or learn that Aweil people have capable individuals to do the job for them? You need to activate your account before it becomes functional. All you need to do is that, register, then log to the e-mail that you used during registration, you will find link there which must visit in order to have your account activated. That option is not longer there now, we have changed the registration rule such that accounts are automatically activated. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks.

I think this website is for Mading Aweil and Mading Aweil’s people have a right to express their thought, opinion and whatever you will put it to with no recommendation or rejection from other Aweil’s member this our LOCAL T.V that we get news from whether useful or bad.
