Dear Aweil people I have seen on the Aweil web defferen Discussion and I have never see people talke about unity among the Aweil people. First of all the unity is the good thing to the people in the country becuase with no unity we can not achieve anything as we talke so many time and we dont do what we said so brothers and sistter let we talke always about unity amoung our people in our cumminty. Now the pace he has come to our people in after so many years and we lost to many people in Aweile,so this time is our time to be united in Aweil.
helo Mr joseph madut thank u for reminding awelian for unity, they unity in aweil will come from me and u and all aweilian.what we r doing in this board discussion is a struggling for unity of aweil.more have been done for unity of aweil like this mading website.so hurry up man and contribute ur edeas for rebuilding ,unity of aweil.
In a special way I would like to thank you Mr Joseph Madut Majok for a good call for unity of Aweil citizens. It is important that we must reconstruct the damaged walls on the building called Aweil so that We can talk at the national level as One family under the same and strong roofing. Many have been and are working hard day and night to bring down this building. My view is that unless we shun the division in the name of "Pan" so-and-so we won't go far.Though it is not so rampart and common compare to others it is a fact indeed. Another issue is the stereotype sidelining of those who had not been actively involved in the arm strggle is another a divisive factor. Of course a developmental idea knows no demarcations of involvement in the war. So we must accept those we think did not actively fight. Unless those above and many others are abolished the idea of having a unity Aweil remains a utopic indeed. And who are to work for this unity? If not us. The old political sycopants are outdated with their aged ideas. It will be wrong if we sleep now that every community strives for its reealisation and position. In Democratic politics the majority rules but it seem the contrary to our case in the South Sudan. Could any body tell me why?"United we shall stand and divided we fall" Thanks Yach Garang Akot
Thanks brother Madut Majok for your great article calling for the unity of Aweil citizens. Aweil people need to unite now more than ever before. Pan so and so, as point out by Yach Garang, is not longer relevance at this time and age. Aweil should be our identifying factor if we are to survive as a community in the competive political climate of southern Sudan.
N/B Let's conduct most of our discussions on the new board because majority of members are having difficulty registering or posting on this board. Take care.
