Juba Airport: Aircrafts Ready to Landing at Night says Minister

The Minister of Road and Transport in the Government of Southern Sudan Lino Anthony Makana said in media briefing yesterday at Juba International Airport that the light in the Airport is ready and all the aircrafts can land in Juba at night for the first time in history.
We are finishing the renovation of Juba international airport and all bridges across the town must be on use fully within four days time, said the Minister.
It will be the first time for Juba International Airport since 1940 when it built to enable plane to land at Night, Makana said excitedly.
The airport is widely open landing and take off as well as run way and we expected more than thirty charted planes to bring our dignitaries across the world, He disclosed.
He pointed that one of the completed section will received two hundred high profile dignitaries and maintaining that the construction will last longer, especially the bridges.
He denies the rumors that spread about the closure of the airport not to allow commercial fly through rectifying that only the 9th of July will be allow to the entire invited guest to attend the independence.
He overreact that there are many enemy of South Sudan who spread rumor to scare away some commercial fly not to come to South Sudan but we encourage them to start following to Juba because we need them more than they need us.
South Sudanese are highly organized and we hope that the celebration will go successful, and we integrated the airport experts from South-Africa, Kenya and Ethiopia to be in the committee during that day so that there will be no confusion in the airport, said Minister.
He thanks the Roko Company which strived to complete the required section before the time and all the companies that did the same.
