 The People of Northern-Bahr el ghazal state turnout in masses to received President Kiir but latter informed by the authority that the President will not make it and told to disperses to their home Speaking to the Citizen Newspaper on Friday the state Minister of Information and Communication Bona Makuec Mawien said hundred thousand people stood for two days warmly waited for the arrival of the President to the state capital. We were informs late that the President will not come to the state due to the emergency things that need him in Juba and his due to take off from Akon via Wau said, Mawien. The people of Northern-Bahr el ghazal were delighted to received President Salva Kiir Mayardit as the head of the newly independence state of South Sudan that gained her historic sovereignty, he added We call masses to remain patient because the President will visit them anytime rather than being discouraged, he said. The Minister gives general overview of Northern Bahr elghazal saying that the state is enjoying peace among its citizens and the neighboring communities and they also received some commodities coming from North Sudan border corridors. The prices are reducing and we also appreciate the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in the government of South Sudan for initiatives to upgrade the Aweil rice scheme which will boost the food production, said Mawien. He urges South Sudanese to unite and focus on nation building process which require contribution to all through hard work.
